https://packagist.org/packages/phpoffice/phpexcel is abandoned and there are known security vulnerabilities:
[CVE-2018-19277]: PHPOffice/PhpSpreadsheet#771

Please depend on a more recent version of phpoffice/phpspreadsheet instead.
