TODO

  • devide nga.module into common.module, theme.module, components.module
  • import only required modules
  • rename components/directives to start with Nga prefix
  • refactor code to follow angular 2 code styles
  • refactor menu configuration (simplify structure?) as now menu does not depend on the routes configuration
  • page title support
