What are you trying to do?

The CI takes a really long time to run as it builds a dev image and multiple production images.

Describe the solution you'd like

Use Dockerfile targets (multiple FROMs in the file) to build different images and use the caches of previous docker images.

With better organisation, it will be possible to use different stages and cut down build time.
