This is another bug that causes cargo miri to fail, I have to add -Zmiri-ignore-leaks for now.

The related issue epoch: Miri reports memory leak with crossbeam_epoch::pin() crossbeam-rs/crossbeam#579 was closed by bots, the actual issue is Memory leak checker misses pointers stored as integers rust-lang/miri#1618
