Deploy.sh resulting in errors #11

I have the Vagrant box up and Composer installed without issue. When I attempt to run the deploy script, however, it returns the following error:

You cannot run this from the command line.
Run "php bin/magento" instead.

Running "php bin/magento" returns this error:

Could not open input file: bin/magento
