Buy a region for a specific time

I would like to do something very simple with your plugin but I can't.
I would like a player to be able to buy or rent a region for 1 month and then at the end of the month it is automatically regenerated even if the player has money.
Basically that the player can buy a region but only for 1 month.

Why do I want to do this?
I want to put 3 small regions for sale (or rent) directly in my server spawn and therefore I don't want it to be the same player guarding the région all the time.
That's why I want the region to be reset after 1 month.
