Describe the bug
You're supposed to be able to use "Save As…" to save a file under a different name than the one you opened. Instead when you try to do this, it offers to overwrite the file.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open a text file you have
Modify it
Use File > Save As… to save it under a different name than the one you opened
Instead of saving under that name and "convert" the tab to that new name, it opens the popup you can see in the screenshot below
