Looks like Baidu have upgraded their API version and v2 has been deprecated.
Both geocoder and reverse geocode services need to be updated.

Thanks for reporting this. Is there an announcement describing the change? Is v2 still functioning? Is there a date listed for shutdown?

I haven't found any announcement about the changes. Here are the doc URLs for geocoding and reverse geocoding.

Looks like it has two separated APIs of geocoding and reverse geocoding for v3 against one API in v2

v2 is not functioning for the new API key generated after 18/06/2019.
