jstorm 在 yarn 上运行起来后，怎样在 jstorm 中提交 topology？

官方文档中说：配置完毕后，重启yarn的ResourceManager和NodeManager，使用JstormOnYarn的命令提交应用，可以通过RM的WebUI查看应用日志和资源占用情况。

但是具体命令格式是啥？
