WP - Libraries: Build new Controller class

A new controller is needed to freely connect and supply models and sources.

Scope:
The new controller contains the following:

• Method extensions for access available sources and models.
• Standardized (lazy low memory) loading of installed sources and their models as needed.
• Access to output formatting methods.
• Access to storage control methods (manual updating, file information, delete actions, et cetera)
