about feature extraction and abnormal threshold setting

1. I would like to test other normal or abnormal videos, but I do not figure out how to extract feature from other test videos. Though you mention in README " To generate your own features (or put them into the correct format for this code to use), please download the latest version of: https://github.com/alliedel/videofeatures", I can't find any help information e.g. an README.txt.
   In summary, how can I obtain feature files like 03_feaPCA.mat and 03_feaPCA.train of my own.

2. How to decide threshold to get abnormal spatial location ?The code just outputs anomaly rating of each spatial location at each frame.
