how to support chinese characters? #1

One chinese character is two-letter width, it makes problem when compute width of blank space.

Unfortunately I didn't test it with Chinese characteres (I am not sure how to handle this case tho).

I believe that Chinese unicode (UTF-8) char is 3 bytes rather than 2 bytes.
