Breadcrumbs does not show for Blog Tool Plugin's pages. #14

I have seen everywhere but there is not option to set Breadcrumbs for Blog Pages. If I am missing something then please let me know.

For supporting the blog tool pages both the plugins needs improvements .

Breadcrumb should be able to generate from external plugin pages
Blog tool plugin should provide info to breadcrumb plugin to generate breadcrumb .

I will plan for the next versions .
