automatically rerun perplex solution files

in some cases, exoplex will query the .tab files from perplex for a T of P which is out of range. The fix is to catch which parameter is going out of range and rerun perplex with the adjusted T and P ranges. Currently, users may do this manually but, an automatic method would be a dramatic improvement.
