Using a tilda (~) in the project file name may interfere with gsub renaming commands #36

We should probably add a note at the file name entry area that the full file path should be used, that way no one uses tildas. Apparently it's a reserved character in gsub and can mess with the file.rename steps after the demultiplexing.
