How is the bugtracker "https://bugs.amule.org/" related to the github issues?

I see that there is https://bugs.amule.org/, where I actually already have filed an issue on 2021-10-24.

Now I see that here at github also is an issue tracker.

Are both issue trackers "authorative", or if not, which one to prefer? (And then I ask for closing of the other and migrating the bugs, that no issues are opened "into the void".)
