Does pywinpty support or want to support mingw? #200

We get a bug report in maturin which is related to pywinpty, so I want to ask if pywinpty support or want to support mingw.

I have a fix for that issue in PyO3/maturin#677 but I don't have a working mingw64 build environment to test it, so help appreciated!

I haven't tried to compile pywinpty using MinGW, I need to reproduce it, let me set up a mingw-w64 environment to see if it is possible to do so.
