跟单按钮应该同发布按钮逻辑吧？另外接单按钮逻辑包含上述1、2外，增加
3、地理位置校验，否->则提示与买家要求国家所在地不符，订单转到收藏夹。
4、接单能力校验，接单数大于1时金额是否大于5000，否则通过，是则提示已超出你的接单能力。当接单数<=1时，则通过。未来要增加该卖家的接单诚信度校验，诚信度不达标就去接小单练级去
