Feature request: Add Characters, objects and locations while writing a scene

If you are writing a scene and introduce a new person, object or location, you have to leave the editor to define it. Otherwise you cannot add the label to that scene.
It would be useful to just add the item and keep on writing, When done, set the label for that scene and fill in the history/specifications of the added items at a later time .
