Getting links to the translation versions of the current page

Is there a way to retrieve the URL paths to all translation versions of the current page / post? In my case I don't necessarily have the same translations defined for every single page and I don't want to render a link to a page that does not actually exist.

Technically you could query all the available translations of a specific page during the build process, right?
