Collapse animation broken with AngularJS 1.2

On expand both collapse then expand animations are triggered back to back. Then the div is expanded. On collapse, no animations are run, and the div is collapsed. Could be related to: angular/angular.js#4869

My issue is a bit different. When i click the item to expand, it triggers the route with #detail_Content_Id, which in turn sends me to the default route. I'm on angularjs 1.2 with bootstrap 3 and it worked fine with angularjs 1.0.8 and bootstrap 3.

I've just tested a released version with BS2.3 (the supported one) and AngularJS1.2.2 and things are OK:
