Description of the bug

When accessing the docs, it looks like the PyAnsys image is not the default one used nowadays (probably an old version): This should be adapted, probably by updating the PyAnsys Sphinx Theme version if I'm not mistaken.

This same problem has been found in other PyAnsys docs.

Steps To Reproduce

Access https://readerdocs.pyansys.com/

Click on "PyAnsys" image in the upper left corner. When accessing the main PyAnsys docs you will see that the image is different.
