Feature Request: Reorder Windows manually

I typically have a hierachy to my windows. One contains "notes" for later, one or two things related to the task at hand, one things like WhatsApp, Skype and Facebook webclients.

Typically, I'd like these windows to remain in a constant order, but neither Chrome nor Windows 10 have builtin features to change the ordering of the windows.

Tabli could provide custom ordering of windows by drag and drop.

The feature would be useful even if preservation across browser restarts should prove unviable, or aspects work only with managed / saved windows.
