feat: clipboard plugin 增加 cutOnce 配置。

Description

现有逻辑：进行一次剪切操作可以多次粘贴。
增加cutOnce配置，当cutOnce=true时，剪切粘贴操作只会进行一次，反之可多次粘贴。
文档已更新。
