Feature Request

Motivation Behind Feature

This feature is present on the other platforms and it makes sense to be able to send multiple results, for example when opening a socket and passing the incoming data on to the web window

I have created an implementation for this feature, please see this pull request

It seems the devs of this repository don't have the time right now to address issues, PLEASE CONSIDER ADDING A MAINTAINER!

There is clearly need to work on the API to bring it up to the state of latest cordova main and the other cordova platform developments.

My pull request addresses all of these. Please consider merging!
