Replace with_column with with_columns

Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.
I want to add a bunch of columns at once. Would be cleaner if if you can do this in one with_columns call.

A with columns that simply takes in expressions, so you just add an alias to the expr if you want to name it.
