Bar charts still not clipped when using filterMode: 'none' #12720

I saw the very same title issue before, I thought the problem was solved, but when I tried it, there was actually no.

What is expected?
I want the bar could clip like the line clipped exactly.
What is actually happening?
Here you can see, zoom in it, the bar element overflowed from grid, and slide the time line will see more clearly.
The config option "clip" did not help.
