new feature: Allow s3 service to configure assume role's duration-seconds

As requested by apache/iceberg-rust#527, it's better for opendal to support setting assume role's duration-seconds.

Problem and Solution

reqsign doesn't support tags for assume-role now. We will need to add it in reqsign first.
