Describe the Bug
FlatAppendFile didn't flush metadata correctly when the last FileSegment's committing is triggered by AppendResult.FILE_FULL. The committed file's metadata will not be updated.
Steps to Reproduce
Run tieredstore, incorrect metadata is visible, including updateTimestamp, size, etc.
What Did You Expect to See?
Correct metadata.
What Did You See Instead?
Wrong metadata.
