Use etcd3 as a registry

I have a plan to implement the logic of etcd as a registration center. After my research, etcd3 can support the use of job functions. Does the community have such a plan? I also want to contribute my code to the community after completion.

That's awesome, i want it. Just one note that, jetcd will drop java8, it's mean the min java version is java 11. check: etcd-io/jetcd#1218

• Since I don't know if @SuperCarrys is preparing an SPI implementation for Etcd's registry, I have opened Add registry center SPI implementation for Hazelcast 5.2.5 #2433.
• As one of the original contributors of GraalVM Reachability Metadata for Hazelcast and Ehcache in GRM's central repository, I can confirm that Hazelcast and Ehcache do not corrupt the existing nativeTest in Elasticjob.
