Plain error message when visiting a dashboard via permalink without permissions

Bug description

When visiting a dashboard via permalink without permissions, a plain error message will be displayed on screen.

How to reproduce the bug

1. Copy the permalink of a dashboard via the "Share dashboard" option
2. Visit the dashboard with a user without permissions
3. The error will show on screen
4. A redirection is expected or a proper error message via UI means
