Current behavior:

When a 5.x TS is run with a 5.x TO/ TM, the cache_stats table is populated with only 0s.

Expected behavior:

The cache_stats table should be populated with valid numeric values.

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions:

Run your local 5.x TS connected with a 5.x TO, and check the data in the cache_stats database. You will see all 0s in there.
