Fix formatting for Solidity files #1660

A recent update of prettier-plugin-solidity (or Prettier itself) is causing the Solidity contract files within the airnode-protocol page to be reformatted. This is causing changes in bytecode. For that reason, we've temporarily disabled the formatting of Solidity files via Prettier. This should be solved in a better more permanent way.
