On public blockchains where we've deployed AirnodeRrpV0DryRun, the contract address can be omitted from config.json as we default to our deployed address. However, contracts have to be deployed when running a local hardhat network. We have a script for deploying AirnodeRrpV0 as Step 2 for the local flow and need similar functionality for AirnodeRrpV0DryRun.
