Users occasionally want to restart a process. This can be done in one of two ways:

  1. Gracefully with ForceNewDeployment https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sdk-for-go/api/service/ecs/#UpdateServiceInput
  2. Forcefully by killing the containers running for the service

It would be nice to support both with a command like

apppack -a {appname} ps restart {service} [--force]
