the demo example is not working

What operating system, Node.js, and npm version?

• system:
  mac-os
• Node.js
  v20.9.0

What happened?
I follow the example here:
https://github.com/aralroca/next-translate?tab=readme-ov-file#with-app-directory-demo

git clone [email protected]:aralroca/next-translate.git
cd next-translate
yarn && yarn example:with-app-directory

but the demo it not working,
the web page with : 'http://localhost:3000/' is 404

What did you expect to happen?
normal run

Are you willing to submit a pull request to fix this bug?
If I can identify the issue, I am willing to provide a fix.

Switch to next-intl if you want to use nextjs app router.
