How to enable/disable Redis cache with an environment variable

Hi,

I already setup the response caching based on Redis in my app but I want to enable/disable the cache with an environment variable then I can toggle it based on a different environment or I can disable it for testing purposes easily. How can I use env variables in the if property of this plugin?

  - responseCache:
      if: 'context.headers.authorization != null' <---- how can I read the env variables here?

I tried this setting too, similar to the example in the doc here:

It is not possible to enable/disable per context. You can try accessing process.env.
