Describe the request

Previous versions of the IDE allowed "Comment/Uncomment" to be selected by right clicking the mouse and selecting it from the menu. IDE 2 removed this option from the same menu and it is only available in the "EDIT" tab menu, or by using a keyboard shortcut. I personally find it easier to use the mouse to select it from the right click popup menu.
