Describe the problem

When a project is saved under a new version name with SaveAs non essential files and folders are also copied.
In IDE 1 only the files in the TABs of the IDE are copied.
When making a bin file a built folder with many files beside the needed bin file are made. These are copied with SaveAs resulting in a built up of files.

To reproduce

Export a binary (Alt+CTRL+S)
Copy some non essential files in the folder with the INO file
SaveAs under a new name

Expected behavior

Only copy the files from the TABs in the IDE like with the IDE1

Arduino IDE version

2.3.3 nightly 20240422

Operating system

Windows

Operating system version

W11

Additional context

No response
