Location of tests #103

All of the tests should be in a single folder in the top level of the repository. This may cause issues with the data analysis that was done with some functions (issues with relative paths, anyway). These should be handled as well.

This issue can be closed when

  • All test files live in a single directory tests on the top level of pride
  • All tests pass by running pytest
