When attempting to recover using --app from a git repo on a self-hosted gitlab instance, autopilot prompts for username and password despite --git-user and --git-token being set. This may have to do with https cloning with PAT over gitlab requiring the url to be https://<username>:<access_token>@my.selfhosted.gitlab/group/repo.git.
