Add someway to create hooks.

Look up module name to create the right name of the hook function
Can we lookup the parameters for the function? etags? some_module.api.php?
Make correct documentation, see also Doxygen comments #5

Could we use YASnippet?

But we would have to define all hooks as snippets... not good.
