Expected:

"webroot": "..\\..\\..\\wwwroot",

Actual:

"webroot": "..\\..\\..\\..\\..\\\\_PublishedWebsites\\KExpense\\wwwroot",

I tested and kpm pack MusicStore is re-writing project.json correctly. Please share your project.json and the command line you use to pack.
