Describe the problem

The current package has a very old dependency jwks-rsa@^1.12.1 => @types/[email protected] => @types/express-unless@*
@types/express-unless recently released an unworking version 2.0.1 which to stop people using this package

We're planning on releasing a new major shortly and we'll make sure we update this dependency too
