OrganizationInvitationList is not behaving as expected

Describe the problem:

totals is not returned in the response when requested via:
https://xxx.auth0.com/api/v2/organizations/{id}/invitations?include_totals=true

Expected behaviour:

The API above should provide the total field as described in the documentation here.
