How can i push transaction to a local blockchain , in order to retrieve them when i need?

I need to do this project with the university.
There is this company that want to use a DLT to manage verifiable credentials (simple string), so we decided to use avalanche, but i don't know where to find the libs to interact with the blockchain.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to push to the local blockchain transactions with specific information (a payload,eventually my verifiable credentials), in order to retrieve them when i need (so as i can recover the payload of the tx).
