This code works to do the following :

Take the CSV file as input , which is need to be loaded into the Oracle DB.

Assumption : The CSV file should have header of the Oracle create table column name.

Generate the SQL loader (.ctl) file
-
Generate the create table (.sql ) file.
-
These two files need to be run on the unix env to load the data.
