I am trying to run "npm install -g @aws-amplify/cli" on my MAC - Mojave OS.
every time I am getting this error:
"The operation was rejected by your operating system.
It is likely you do not have the permissions to access this file as the current user".

"sudo npm install -g --unsafe-perm --verbose @aws-amplify/cli" worked for me
