docker command not found running example notebook in SageMaker Studio

Hi I'm trying to run this example notebook from this repo in my SageMaker studio, everything else run fine but everything docker related, for example, cell !docker build -t sagemaker-dask-example . would not run, it returned with /bin/bash: docker: command not found.

I understand Studio doesn't come with Docker and doesn't grant access to underlying server, so what's the intended run environment or pre-confirgurations needed for this example notebook? Thank you very much.
