Support for Envoy SDS and SPIRE for App Mesh using EKS Fargate.

Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard?
I see all over the docs that SPIRE and SDS are not supported for App Mesh and EKS Fargate. However, there is no explanation of why and if this is something in the roadmap to support (at least that I could find after moderate research).

Self managing certificates.
